Accidental death insurance at ClearView

Accidental Death Insurance at ClearView is designed to pay a lump sum benefit to your loved ones in the event of your death by accident. Cover is worldwide, 24 hours a day.

When you apply for Accidental Death Insurance at ClearView you choose the amount of cover you want to be insured for. This is known as the sum insured. You can choose a sum insured from $50,000 to $1,000,000 in multiples of $50,000 (from age 56, maximum is $500,000).

• Motor Vehicle Accident Benefit - additional 20% payable if death is the result of a motor vehicle accident (up to $50,000)
• Cover Indexation Benefit - cover automatically increases each year to keep pace with inflation, subject to minimum increase of five percent 
• Guaranteed acceptance with no health or medical questions for permanent Australian residents aged 16-69
• Cover is guaranteed renewable which means that as long as you continue to pay your premiums when due, we guarantee to continue to provide cover
• Level premium rate - premiums do not increase with age, and are based purely on the level of cover
• Premium discount for higher levels of cover
• Flexibility to pay premiums annually or monthly, at no extra cost
• 10% discount on Accidental Death Insurance at ClearView premiums for members of our strategic partner
• Accidental Death Benefit - additional 20% of the benefit payable for death by accident that is not a motor vehicle accident for members of our strategic partner
