Internet Banking (CU Online)
Managing your finances has never been easier since the introduction of internet banking. This easy access option allows you to control your accounts from the comfort of your own home or workplace. Our internet banking platform, known as CU Online, provides you with access to your funds 24 hours a day, everyday through our website.
Once you have registered for internet banking and obtained your access code, you can use CU Online to:
- Check account balances
- View past transactions
- Check other information on all your accounts
- Download transaction history
- Transfer funds between your accounts, to other accounts at Queensland Country, or to accounts at other financial institutions
- Set up periodical payments
- Pay bills using BPay
To register, simply visit your local branch and we will provide you with your unique access code so you can get started with internet banking.
Security of Internet Banking
Your personal information can only be obtained by you through the use of a personal access code. When you first obtain your access code from one of our staff, you have 24 hours to login to internet banking. If you don’t login during this time, the code will be de-activated to help keep your accounts safe.
It is suggested that you click the exit or log off button in CU Online once you have finished your banking to ensure no one accesses your accounts. If your screen remains idle for 20 minutes, the system will automatically log you off.
SMS Alerts - Coming soon
When using SMS security, a text message will be sent to a nominated mobile phone number. This text message will contain a password that needs to be entered into internet banking before the external transfer can be completed.
Using SMS security greatly increases the security of external transfers. We will only send an SMS in certain circumstances, for example, the first time you transfer over the pre-set floor limit to a new BSB and account number. Once that BSB and account combination is verified by the SMS password, they will become a “trusted” destination and won’t require SMS verification again.
