We’re committed to improving your banking experience, so we're going offline for a planned system upgrade Sunday, 10 November 2019 in the early hours of the morning from 12:00am - 6:00am (QLD Time).
This will affect:
- Internet banking
- Mobile app (including SMS alerts)
- Telephone banking
- Online applications
- Western Union international transfers (affected between 1:30am – 3:30am)
You will be able to access the funds in your accounts using your card, however the maximum amount available to withdraw may be limited.
